Okay, so, lets start from the beginning!
What is immunity?
Simply put, Immunity is basically the natural resistance of the body to fight off disease.
One has to take into consideration these areas of one's life to improve immunity:
1. Right Food
2. Daily Exercise
3. Proper Rest
4. Adequate Water Intake
5. Right Mental Attitude
